Heat the oil add mustards and cumin.
Now add the onion and green chilli saute well.when the onion gets tender and glossy add the turmeric after that add ginger garlic paste.
When the raw smell disappears add chilli powder, saute well,when the raw smell of the chilli powder disappears add the tomatoes.cover the pan and slow cook.stir frequently.
The oil gets seperated when the tomatoes gets cooked,now add the asafoetida and salt.mix well.now add the mashed potatoes.
Saute for a while,add a little water for the gravy.when it gets boiled turn off the stove.now add coriander leafs.
Heat oil add the onion saute well till the onion became translucent, add green chilli,garlic sauté well,add soy sauce,after that add tomato sauce saute well till it cook,add pepper,then add the chicken,cover it,stir frequently, till it became white then add the salt,then add the capsicum,cook the chicken well don't over cook
