Ingredients

  • 4 bread slices (i have used whole wheat bread)
  • 1/2 cup Green Gram Sprouts or (Mixed Sprouts) - homemade or store-bought
  • 1 medium sized Potato (boiled & mashed)
  • 2 tbsp grated raw mango - optional
  • 1 small sized onion - finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 green chili - finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (or) paav bhaji masala
  • asofoetida - a pinch
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Cheese slices - optional
  • Ghee (or) Butter - optional
