Make the tikki a little bigger and use it as a pattyfor a satisfying veggie burger. You can even stuff boiled channa dal / sprouts/ mixed vegetables inside the tikkisfor taste variation
Heat some oil for shallow frying, place the flattened tikkis and fry them till they turn golden brown, then flip them gently and cook the other side and remove

Dip the cutlet/patty into the whipped egg. Cover patty properly with breadcrumbs. The bowl of water is just for your fingers when they get sticky (from the egg and breadcrumb mixture)
