  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp roasted chana dal
  • bengal gram
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
  • ½ cup of water salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp jeera
  • 1 red chilli
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp urad dal
  • 2 medium sized potatoes and pressure cook them for
  • 2 tbsp of roasted chana dal or roasted bengal gram or putani in a blender
  • ½ tsp of jeera,
  • ½ tsp of urad dal and
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder and
  • ½ tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder and
  • ½ tsp of turmeric
