Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • 2 onion 1 (sliced)green chillies
  • 1 big piececurry leaves fewthick coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add sliced onion, ginger, slit green chilles, and curry leaves to it and stir until onion become soft and translucent. (Make sure not to change the color of the mixture. )
  • 2. Add diced potatoes and mix well
  • 3. Now add
