Ingredients

  • Paneer[cottage cheese/chena] : 200 gm Posto[khus khus] : 1tbsp
  • 1 big Onion : 1 big Green Chilli : 2
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds : 2 pinches Bay Leaf : 1
  • Cloves : 2
  • 1 inch stick one
  • 4 tbsp Sugar : 1tsp
  • 15 minutes Heat
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 small tea cup water. Let the gravy boil for 4 minutes
