  • 200 gms Prawn / Jhinga / Eral - cleaned & washed
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium sized onion - finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized tomato - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder / jeera
  • 2-3 tsp pepper powder (according to your need)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala - optional
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 3-4 tbsp sesame oil / gingelly oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
