Ingredients

  • 2 finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red chillies - 5 to 6
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/5 tsp Salt - as per taste
  • 2. Slightly fry them, adding little oil.
  • 5. Add the onions.
  • 7. In a wok or kadai, add the oil. Add the mustard seeds. When it splutters, add the cumin, curry leaves and onion. Fry onions till translucent.
  • 8. Add the chopped tomatoes.
  • 10. Add the salt and turmeric powder.
  • 11. Add the prawns. Let the prawns cook nicely.
