Devein the prawns ,wash, drain the excess water Marinate with salt &turmeric powder. This is typical East Indianstyle prawn curry which is made without the use of coconut
Coming back to the recipe,its a simple curry flavored with whole spices and coconutmilk. At this stage add in the coconutmilk and let it cook for one boil
Prawns or Shrimps in creamy and delicious coconutcurry. Clean the prawns ,de vein it and wash it. I prefer using fresh extracted coconutmilk you can use store brought as well
The tomato will leave some water and the prawns will cook in the same. So I cant say that this is the authentic Kerala prawnscurry recipe but it comes quite close
This egg curry made with coconutmilk can be made for dinner to be eaten with rotis or rice as well. Even if it is a mix, there is still quite a bit of work that goes into the mixing of the rice flour with coconutmilk and warm water and adding the yeast to it and letting it ferment and rise overnight and all that
This is a simple coconut based curry that is light and not to overpowering the peas and prawns balance well and it is medium spice, the kashmiri rec chilli powder give this curry its gorgeous color
