Ingredients

  • 1/2 tspn fennel powder
  • 1/2 tspn pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1 tspn red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
  • 1 green chilly
  • finely chopped
  • Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup small
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • curry leaves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 6 pods garlic
  • coconut oil
  • salt
  • water
  • banana leaf
  • 15 minutes The banana leaf turns almost brown on every sides. And you are done
  • 1. You can prepare a big batch and make many wraps. Slow cook the wraps on a tawa.
  • 3. A spicy dish it is, feel free to reduce the level of hotness to suit your taste buds.
  • 3. Prawns can be replaced with pearl spot fish
  • 4. If you like more tangy, add a tomato or little bit of tamarind extract.
  • 5. You can also add little freshly squeezed coconut milk at the end of masala preparation to give it a thick semi gravy consistency.
