Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 large piece of Fresh ginger ( peeled and finely chopped) OR 100 gms fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of warm water for 10 minutes and extract thick juice)
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 3 large green chillies
