Ingredients

  • 250-300 gm red
  • 1/ 2 tsp jeera
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 green elaichi,
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 2-3 pieces each,
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp amchur powder,
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 1/ 4 tsp methi
  • 1/ 2 cup water
