Ingredients

  • Onion
  • 1 large chopped finely
  • Ginger
  • Tomatoes
  • 3 large pureed
  • Potatoes
  • 2 large peeled and cubed
  • Chilli
  • Turmeric
  • coriander
  • cumin
  • Salt
  • to taste
  • Amchoor
  • Coriander
  • 2 cups of water . Pressure cook for 3 whistle, simmer for 5
  • 1. can use jeera instead of owa
  • 2. in absence of cooker ,cook the sabji covered with a lid till potatoes are cooked ,keep checking in between.
