Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg chicken.
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1-2 big onion chopped.
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped.
  • 1 cup yogurt.
  • salt as required.
  • 2 tsp chili powder.
  • 1 tsp coriander powder.
  • turmeric powder.
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder (can use more if the garam masala don't have chili or pepper)
  • 2 tsp ghee.
  • 2 tsp oil.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • 2 green cardamoms.
  • 1 inch cinnamon.
  • 3 cloves 3-4 black pepper corns.
