  • 1. In a pan over low heat , add all the items listed under ingredients
  • 2. Roast on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes or until the spices are roasted and you can smell the aroma of roasted spices
  • 4. Add all the roasted ingredients in a spice grinder and grind it to coarse powder
