Ingredients

  • 3/4 C onions
  • 1/2 inch piece cassia bark
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 3 green cardamoms
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 7 to 9 minutes
  • 5 minutes If mixture begins to stick or scorch reduce heat, add
  • 1/4 cup of water
