Ingredients

  • 45 minutes (approx).
  • 500 grams mutton
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 2 tsp red
  • 1 tsp Punjab garam masala pwd.
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves.
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 5 minutes or till the oil starts to separate
