Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain white flour

  • 1 tsp Punjabi chole masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pomegranate powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 star Anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
