  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Red chilly powder-1 tsp coriander powder- 1 tsp pepper powder-1\2 tsp garam masala-1\2 tsp oil- 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 3. Then add in all dry powder and saute for a while with some water.Then add in the ground masala.check for salt and spice levels and add if needed.Add water to the consistency you need.
  • 4. When it begins to boil add the eggs to it and wait for few minutes.Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off.
