Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of American Pear finely sliced
  • 150 gms cottage cheese, small cubes
  • 2 cups of lettuce, torn and kept in ice water for 15
  • 1 cup of boiled pasta, I used shell shaped
  • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 small lemons
  • 4 small garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
