Ragi Murukku - a south Indian snack made withragi/ keppai/finger millet. Adding some healthy flour like ragi ,make it more interesting and very appealing
Though we use some ghee to shape the ladoos, it's still a very healthy snack for kids. We can make these ladooswith regular white rice flakes and sugar but I have used red rice poha andjaggeryand also a little bit of roasted gram dal/dalia in the ladoos, so it's a little more healthier
But I do love healthy bakes, and muffins tops that list. Well, as long as its healthy like today's Wholewheat JaggeryRagi Choco Muffins I really dont mind an occasional indulgence
