Rice Flour(Arisi Maavu in Tamil) - 1 cup Roasted Gram(Pottukadalai in Tamil, Bhuna chana in Hindi) - 1/4 cup Cumin seeds/Jeera - 2 tsp Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp(I used black sesame seeds)
I have posted Ragimurukku. It was bit more watery than normal murukku dough. When I was discussing this with the kids my helper was suggesting to combine Wheat and Ragi and very little rice flour
I had some oats flour left after my waffles so I decided to use that. Since these days I go to India almost once a month I seldom get chance to make snacks at home as I pack most of the stuff from India
Also check my Ragi Onion Dosa recipe to learn dosas using Ragiflour. Now add ragiflour and roast the flour till it changes its colour and nice aroma comes out
