Mostly I make instantdosa with ragiflour and recently I started making ragi idli but normally I use whole ragi to soak and grind like we do with normal rice idli
Flour is prepared by Washing,soaking,cleaning,drying keppai for a day or two then, ground in mills to a fine powder along with some nuts and some spice like cardamom
