Ingredients

  • 1 cup ragi flour, I used 1
  • 2 cup semolina, but I didn
  • 3/4 cup Semolina
  • 3/4 cup Broken Cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Chana Dal/Bengal Gram - 1 tablespoon Urad Dal/Husked Black Gram - 1/2 tablespoon Mustard Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon Ginger - 1" piece, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Eno
  • 3/4 teaspoon Chopped Coriander
  • 5 teaspoons of oil
  • 1/2 a minute
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 5 minutes In the meantime, grease the idli molds and heat some water in a steamer
