Another Chicken Fry Recipe to add in my blog. In the End i love chicken. Red FoodColouring a pinch. It is from mangalore, it has some ground fresh herbs in the marinate and rice flour which makes it crispy
Specially the street side south indian ones, Those crispy masala coated chicken which has a spicy exterior and a juicy interior, thinking of it makes my mouth water
-If the batter is too dry,the marinade will come off the chicken when frying. Add the ground paste in the bowl then add chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, yogurt, food color, and salt mix well
I have posted regular pav bhaji masala in my space. I make few variations with normal one some time I add spinach, sometime soya granules, some time cheese and sometime paneer esp when I make homemade paneer, Sometime I serve this with normal roti / naan / Kulcha also
I know that people who have tasted it in the Streets of Mumbai will swear by it's taste. I need not give any introduction to the famous 'Bombay Masala Toast'
