I have already tried and tested my two recipes in appepan like RavaAppe (appe made with semolina based batter) and Vegetable Paniyaram(a south-indian snack made with idli-dosa batter)
Mix everything, cover the pan and reduce the heat to medium low. Here I have not deep fried the okras, just chopped them and cooked them directly with potatoes and spices
