Thayir Dosai Recipe – Curd Dosa – Thayir dosa is a sour-tasty tiffin (Indian Tiffin not British) prepared from a batter made of rice and curd seasoned with spices, chillies and onions
Large holes will appear on ravadosa( do not fill the holes and gaps with extra batter this will make the ravadosa soggy and thick) ravadosawith large holes and gap will be light and crispy
Heat a dosa pan and pour the batterwith a ladle from the sides. Mix all ingredients in a ladle buttermilk(optional) and water without any lumps to a thin, watery batter
Serve with chutneys of ur choice. Turn over when brown and fry till brown on the other side too. Make sure that u connect the batter so that it forms a dosai
