Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Tomato - 1 chopped Capsicum - 1/2 of a big one, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fennel Seeds Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste, about
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 3 minutes till the raw smell of the ginger and garlic goes away
