Ingredients

  • 12 and Vit.C
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup rava (sooji or semolina)
  • 2 tbsp AP flour (maida)
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • few chopped leaves of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder or green chilies chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
  • water or buttermilk to make it into a batter
