  • 3-4 Raw Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 1 Onion 1 Tomato 1 inch Ginger piece
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Tbsp powdered Jaggery
  • 8-10 Cashews {Soaked in warm water for 10 mins and made paste in mixer using little water}
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnish
