Ingredients

  • 2 raw mangoes (peeled and cut into rough chunks)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder (or as per taste)
  • Sugar to taste ( approx 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
  • Little water (approx 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tsp jeera (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of haldi
  • 3 green chillies (sliced down its length) (optional)
  • Few curry leaves (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
