Ingredients

  • 5 minutes Cooking Time
  • 2 minutes Cuisine
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic
  • 1 big clove (or) 1/4 inch piece (I used to make with garlic for idli and ginger for rice)
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon Urad dhal- 1/2 teaspoon Dry red chilli-3
