back from zee tv I tried making paratha once of the same and how delicious it was

used oil a little when it was getting cooked, Once it started forming faint dark spots I added ghee and flipped both sides till nicely done. Adding ghee at last lifts up the flavor. Can use butter instead choice is yours

There is no two-way of making the dish but many ways to enjoy it as plain paratha with basic potato curry or as stuffed paratha with raita or chutney or as flaky paratha with curries or even with sugar sometimes
We have a little shop just across the street, that sells some amazing parathas. If we need to get the aloo parathas, we need to order them quite early or else we end up getting a gobhi (cauliflower) paratha or mooli (radish) paratha in its name

Stuffedparathas are so versatile, because you don't have to worry about making sidedishes for it. I love to have stuffed paratha with either pickles or raita
a hot flat pan, cook the paratha both sides by sprinkling some oil or ghee until both sides are golden brown, repeat this for the remaining dough to make more parathas
