atlast add garam masala and corinader leaves. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp. -Heat oil, add chopped onion, saute for few second, add turmeric powerd,chill powder,coriander powder and ginger and garlic paste , saute for 3 minutes
Heat oil in a large pan, add in unpeeled garlic and potatoes. I made a simple roast potatoes on pan and a butter sauteed mushrooms which was too good to resist
