Ingredients

  • What you need: Serves 4 to 5
  • 3 cups quick cooking noodles
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup carrots cut into thin rings
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, broken into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 cup white onions, cut into strips
  • 2 tsp rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp sesame or vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
