RipeBanana Fritters / Palam pori as they call it, is a famous tea time snack in Kerala. So whenever we have ripe nendram palams at home mom makes it a point to make me some of these and I just gobble them down in minutes without sharing it with anyone
Banana fritters are very popular evening snack in Kerala. It is mainly prepared with plantain (ethakka ) and so it is called as ethakkappam in kerala or pazham pori
Beat the egg then add the corn flour and salt mix well and dip the banana in it and oil fry it. after draining the oil place the banana on a plate and add few drops of honey

It's one thing to re-purpose over-ripebananas into these delicious Banana Walnut Muffins. Apples produce ethylene gas, which speeds the ripening process
It is pazham / banana dipped in maida batter and deep fried. Today's recipe is pazham pori / ethakkappam which is not a very complicated recipe but a snack which is my weakness not only mine, pazham pori is a weakness for most of the malayalees
All you need is some big ripenedbanana (nendrapazham), some flour and you're good to go. Put the sliced banana pieces into this batter and mix well till all the pieces have been well coated with the batter
Mix all the ingredients except the bananas and oil to get a semi thick batter. Peel the bananas. 2 ripe plantains (with black skin taste better). 2 ripe plantains (with black skin taste better)
