  • Roti Prata/Singaporean Flaky Flat Bread
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 +1/2 tsp salt
  • a little sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water, to bind
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Mixture of butter and oil

  • Vegetarian Singaporean Curry Sauce
  • 3 nos Potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 no Sliced onions
  • 1 no Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
