Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach 2 cups kale 2 cups mustard greens, turnip greens, collard greens...or a mixture 3 tbsp ghee, divided 2 dried red chilis 3 cloves 1 one-inch stick of cinnamon 4 green cardamom pods 1 tbsp coriander seeds 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 large onion, diced 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 tomatoes, diced 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp crushed kasoori methi 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 cup cream salt and pepper to taste
