  • 1/2 cup Saamai / Little Millet - washed & soaked in water for 20 mins 1 medium sized onion - finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies - slit at the end
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cloves 1/4 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp oil
