Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Saamai / Samai / Little Millet - washed & soaked in water for 20 mins 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Curd / Yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp grated carrots
  • 1 green chili - finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger (or) 1 tsp sonth / dry ginger powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 cup water
