Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • ½ cup Crushed
  • 1 tsp Crushed
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl and mash the boiled and peeled potatoes in it.
  • 3. Add the soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts, green chilies, cumin, ginger, lemon juice, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  • 10. Remove fried vadas using a slotted spoon on paper towel. Use same method for rest of the vadas.
  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • 2-3 Medium Sized Boiled and Peeled Potatoes
  • ½ cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2-3 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying
