Ingredients

  • tsp Tamarind paste
  • tsp MTR Sambar powder
  • tbsp Jaggery, optional
  • tbsp Ghee
  • Dry red chillies
  • tsp Asafoetida
  • tsp Mustard seeds
  • tsp Cumin seeds
  • tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
