Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 3 cups dosa batter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gram flour
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 6 dry red chillies
  • 5 garlic pods
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 150 gms noodles ( you can use whole wheat noodles as healthier option)
  • 2 garlic pods
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon light soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 3-4 black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1. In a bowl, add the dosa batter, sugar and the gram flour
  • 1. In a large pan
  • 6-7 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2. Add noodles to the boiling water and cook uncovered on medium flame for 2
  • 6. Add the grated ginger , garlic and chopped green chillies.
  • 10. Add the boiled noodles, soya sauce and tomato ketchup.
  • 7. You can cut them into smaller portions and serve along with your choice of chutneys or tomato ketchup.
  • 3. You can also use normal dosa batter without the sugar and gram flour.
  • 4. Add your choice of vegetables to make the noodles.
  • 5. While making the noodles, stir fry the vegetables for a shorter period to retain it
