Ingredients

  • 3 table spoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chilli
  • 10- 12 red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon fresh tomato puree
  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup cut vegetables (carrots,capsicums,cabbage etc)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 table spoons schezwan sauce
  • 3. Add the sauce,salt and mix well.Next add the cooked rice,few drops of oil and close.Remove from heat.After five minutes mix the rice with vegetables gently.Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.Time
