Ingredients

  • 1 medium Ginger - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1/4 tsp Channa dal - 1/2 tsp Hing - a pinch
  • 2. If the vermicelli is not pre roasted, dry roast it for
