Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Unboiled rice (pachari)
  • 1/2 cup of Urad Dal
  • 2 tbsp of boiled rice
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup of pottukadala (roasted gram)
  • 2 no of green chillies
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • To season
  • 1 spn. of oil
  • 1/2 spn. of mustard seeds
  • 2 springs of curry leaves
  • 2 no of red chilly
  • Salt as required
