Ingredients

  • 2 medium bunches of spinach
  • 4 tbsp besan
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 200 g Paneer Oil to deep fry For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 1 green cardamom
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp chopped
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp Red
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1, add the bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom in. Then, add the red chili powder, garam masala, kasoori methi and salt. Roast the spices for half a min and add the blended puree in. Cook for 3
