Mostly we order this paneer butter masala when we go for restaurant as its my daughter's favourite. For the people who don't about paneer,its nothing but Indian cottage cheese prepared by curdling the milk
It goes well with rotis, phulkas and rice. Serve palak curry hot with rotis, naans, chapathis or rice. Cook for another 2 minutes on low flame. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on low flame till the palak gets well blended with the masala

The dish is very simple but delicious and goes well with Roti or Chapati. By adding 1 tsp of salt boil the Kundri pieces in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes. Add the boiled Kundri stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes
