Shahi Sweet Carrot Pratha - Women's day

  • cooked carrots :250 gm
  • sugar powder: 100gm
  • ghee : 1 tbsp
  • wheat flour : 500 gm
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • cream milk: 1 bowl
  • cardamom powder: 1 teas


    Take fresh Carrots, cook it, remove its unwanted part and grind it in he mixture jar..
    Now take the wheat flour , add all remaining ingredients to it.
    Mix it well and add grind ed carrot to it.
    Knead it with the help of pure ghee.
    Make small doughs and roll it slowly to make paratha.
    Bake it on both side and serve it with milk or butter.
