Ingredients

  • Servings: 6-7 people Ingredients

  • For Koftas
  • 1/2 kg Spinach
  • 1 bowl grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • Chick pea flour as per requirement
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch (Dont forget this ingredient as it works as a binding agent,you can use corn flour also)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • handful chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry Koftas
  •  
  • For Gravy
  • 8 tomatoes boiled
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • salt & sugar to taste
  • 2 cups of water
